Stage 2 - Day 1 - Starting over

We really let our schedule fall apart during the last quarter of 2011.

Today, we start fresh with Stage 2

It is a more adjustable schedule but follows:
  • Strength or Hypertrophy/Cardio
  • Fat Loss/Cardio
  • Parkour
  • repeat.

Here's to surviving the apocalypse.
