Mom of one.
I've always been pretty fit, though I got a little lax after getting engaged to the love of my life. Got back on track and was doing well getting ready for the wedding then turned up pregnant.
Gained too much over the pregnancy and haven't been able to lose the extra, so:
- on to calorie counting to get my eyes, mouth, and body retrained
- on to intense cardio to burn fat
- on to strength training to build, or at least not lose, muscle mass
