So... we've been a little lax on keeping up the workout schedule for a few weeks... very hit & miss... and bad of us.
I have the fairly reasonable excuse of early pregnancy exhaustion and nausea... Scott does not. LOL.
We've made a pledge to get right back on the wagon today and not get back off... with two exceptions, due to my prenatal state:
1) I am allowed to substitute elliptical time for Insanity when my loose joints protest.
2) I am no longer working toward massive gains in weight training, but will instead work on maintaining what I have.
